L’indomabile

The retrospective, organized by Cinecittà, traveled throughout the world after its kickoff at the MoMA in New York in February 2023.  Cinecittà’s important restoration of some of Claudia’s films including Fellini’s 8 ½ and Bebo’s Girl by Luigi Comencini, has traveled to Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive and has been presented in Dolce Vita sur Seine in Paris from the 8th to the 12 of July 2023.This restoration and retrospective also gave rise to another major initiative: the publication by Cinecittà – Electa of “Claudia Cardinale. L’indomabile – The Indomitable” curated by the actress’s daughter and directrice of the Fondazione, Claudia Squitieri.
