swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Virginia Variations<\/em> s&rsquo;inspire d&rsquo;une installation intitul\u00e9e <em>Virginia<\/em> de 2013. Cette pi\u00e8ce de 2013 \u00e9voquait avec force la disparition volontaire de Virginia Woolf en pla\u00e7ant dans un aquarium de 800L d&rsquo;eau la chevelure de l&rsquo;autrice tel une m\u00e9duse suivant les flots. Dans le cadre intimiste du Picadeau, le public a d\u00e9couvert la vid\u00e9o de l&rsquo;\u0153uvre <em>Virginia<\/em>, tandis que Micki Chomicki, sous nos yeux, redonnait vie \u00e0 cette m\u00eame chevelure, pour la r\u00e9agencer en une nouvelle pi\u00e8ce. Pendant ce temps, la voix d&rsquo;Arthur Guillot \u00e0 la lecture de plusieurs morceaux choisis transportait le public dans l&rsquo;univers po\u00e9tique, avant-gardiste et f\u00e9ministe de Virginia Woolf. Ce <em>D\u00e9versoirs<\/em> faisait suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;inauguration de l&rsquo;installation <em>The Fall<\/em> de Micki Chomicki au Ch\u00e2teau-Mus\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le service culturel de Nemours. o\u00f9 l&rsquo;artiste renoue avec son approche de la gravit\u00e9 des cheveux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;artiste plasticienne Micki Chomicki explore les cheveux comme un m\u00e9dium essentiel dans ses installations et ses \u0153uvres. Elle explore cette mati\u00e8re tr\u00e8s humaine, sa source infinie d&rsquo;inspiration et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magiques, mettant en lumi\u00e8re les subtilit\u00e9s de ses significations sous-jacentes. Noy\u00e9e, peinte, br\u00fbl\u00e9e, tiss\u00e9e, pl\u00e2tr\u00e9e, transparente ou amalgam\u00e9e, la fibre capillaire exprime dans ses \u0153uvres un langage conceptuel qui d\u00e9fie les codes de l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique. En r\u00e9utilisant ce mat\u00e9riau charg\u00e9 de symbolisme, Micki Chomicki cr\u00e9e une tension entre le vivant et l&rsquo;artificiel, l&rsquo;intime et le collectif, proposant une r\u00e9flexion sur la m\u00e9moire corporelle et la construction de soi \u00e0 travers la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-14cf5ab5
